When you pay online, payment details are processed directly and securely by our payment partner, Razorpay — we do not store your card or UPI details on our servers.

We use your information to process and deliver orders, communicate order and shipping updates, respond to enquiries submitted through our contact forms, and, where you have opted in, send occasional emails about new products, recipes, and offers.

To operate our store we share limited information with trusted service providers acting on our behalf, including Razorpay for payment processing, Shiprocket and our courier partners for shipping and delivery, and Fluent Forms for handling contact and enquiry submissions.
